Naomi,
Thank you so much for all your help in selling my home. As you know this was the
first time I have sold or used a real estate agent. I was very nervous and
worried about all the proceedings. I thank you for taking charge when it was
appropriate and explaining things as we went along. I know that in the beginning
I was a real pain in the butt with all the questions and wanting to know what
was going on and what I needed to do. I do greatly appreciate all the advice and
help in getting things done when it called for it. Also, you were a real trooper
in keeping the motivation up and sprits when things went bad. You are a lady
with integrity that sticks to your word. You said that we will sell the house
before my contract was up and you did, not once but twice you made the deadline.
You were just an agent when we meet, but you are now like a family member. I
will most defiantly use you again and I will be referring you to anyone that
needs to sell or buy
their home. Thanks again, for this was an adventure that I will never forget.
