I became a Realtor for many reasons but most importantly was because I felt that I was not getting the interaction and service that I expected in a Real Estate Professional.

I have over 18 Years of dealing with Banks and Lenders with Short Sales and Foreclosures. Before I was a Realtor I had worked in the Lending Business dealing with folks who were behind on the payments of their homes. I am very fluent in Bankruptcies, Foreclosures, and Short Sales due to the last career. I decided it was much better to be able to truly help those that have run into problems or help get them out of trouble when they feel that there is no where to go! My previous experience in Foreclosure & Lending has really come in handy in today's challenging market.

My business is truly based on referrals and there is nothing more rewarding when I get a phone call from your friend, family member, co-worker, or neighbor saying that Mr or Ms or the family at ... told me what a great job you did for them and we would like to try to work with you.
